Designed to fit neatly in the palm for single-handed use, this compact sander is ideal for the fast removal / smoothing of a variety of materials, including wood and plastics.
Features soft-grip area for enhanced user comfort and its compact dimensions means it will easily fit in a toolbox.
Adjustable belt tracking enables the sanding belt to be easily re-centred. Also features dust sealed bearings and components to maximise the life of the product.
Three sanding belts are included in a variety of grades, ideal for wood and plastics. The coarser paper grades remove the unwanted material faster and with less effort.
Supplied with a dust bag for effective dust collection, when sanding wood, plastics or removing paint.

Good piece of kit for the money. No belt wonder issues but I bought quality belts. Being used for more detailed/ light work it would benefit from a speed control.

I got one from my misses for a birthday present and I thought, sweet a mini belt Sander.... god was I wrong. This thing was crap. The belt kept on falling off every time I put it on some wood, and it was after I had adjusted the belt etc.... so it wasn’t operator error.
The on way to stop the belt slipping is seems to apply some pressure but too much pressure it applied, stops the belt.
Unless they’ve updated newer models (mines about 5 years old and I’ve used it twice) I would not recommend it.

Great to use and can be stored away in tool boxes and bags, great to keep in the van. Would even be handy for use at home when needed. Nice and compact.

A great compact little belt sander. Surprisingly powerful for its size but can get quite hot if pushed too hard.
Due to its size, it can get into areas that standard size machines can't.
Definitely worth having in your tool kit.

Great little tool and idea. Very useful for the right application. Evolution tools are pretty good all round.
