I have been installing these boilers for over 8 years. great quality boiler. They Have a great parts and Technical support department. I have not had no issues getting parts or help if needed. When I quote from a job I always suggest the customer think of a ideal boiler.

Installed the new Ideal Vouge gen 2 recently, good boiler to fit and there a competitive price. Easy to service and just overall a nice boiler to look at and install.

Good boiler, good features and performance all topped of with 10 years warranty. Just a shame Ideal started to contact customers and pinch the warranty work back.
