Monument 2036T Olive Puller 15/22mm

This olive puller is the dogs dangly bits.
So easy to use even my apprentice can do it.
Makes changing trvs a breeze and works better that the cutters

A worthy tool to have in your kit and a fair price. I have one gripe with this tool and its the toggle bar. It needs to be stronger and a little longer for leverage ive bent mine but still use it regularly.

Monument Oliver puller. Incredibly handy having a small and compact olive cutters in your tool box. These work first time every time so they are a must.

What a fantastic tool to keep and use when needed, thinking it would be a wasted buy, but got to use it on kitchen taps and worked first time and saved loads of time.
Only one question not sure about, it came with 2 plastic looking cradles but no reason why they are there.

Fantastic piece of kit, a must have for removing olives without risking damaging copper pipework using a hacksaw. Nice addition that the Tommy bar can be removed and it can be operated by any drill/driver using a bit holder.

A simple to use tool which does exactly what it needs to do. Build quality is good. I have had mine about 10 years and still works fine whenever I need it.

Excellent tool, very useful and small enough to fit in most places. Works on both 15mm and 22mm olives. Only thing you often don’t need this as you can use a pair of grips to remove the olive.

Does the job, well made and easy to use. Not found an occasion it’ll not work for yet. As long as you can access the pipe and nut you’ll be fine.

Leaves the pipe in good condition as long as the olive wasn’t over tightened.

Brill for removal of nuts when close to fittings,always had to cut through a nut first ,when trying to remove them before . Now you can remove them in seconds.

Really good tool especially now with the option to use an impact to wind them of better than other brands on the market as always good quality tools.

Always in my plumbing bag. Rarely used but when it is needed it is the dog's bollocks. Great for pulling those old olives off a copper pipe when replacing valves.

An ideal tool to just pull off the old nuts and olives in both 15mm and 22mm pipes ease to use and compact tool. No good if pipe has been squished by over tightening.

This is one of them tools you will have in your tool bag and not use very much , but when you do need to use it you will remember why you have it , great tool wouldn’t be without it

i think this tool is so good, i use to struggle for years pulling olives off and trying to neatly hacksaw the thing, right pain, aha but this tool simply is amazing!

Great little tool to keep in the tool bag. Use it mainly when changing radiator valves, especially if there isn’t much room to alter the pipe work.

works a treat and very simple to use a plumbers essential tool I would say. also it can do 22mm as well as 15mm. build quality is very good to.

It’s hard to imagine life without one of these in your tool bag, what an amazing product, fast and effectively removes both 15mm and 22mm olives from pipe work without damage. Extremely well built but you’d expect nothing less from Monumnet who have been making tools for the trade since 1880. In a hurry connect to a drill and wiz that olive off in milliseconds, love this product and highly recommend.

Good tool, not Boykin ether needs to be used that often. I’ve not had none for years now since I managed to cut the end off by accident. That said I do keep meaning to buy another one

Bought these after reading the reviews on here. Great option to have and use them whenever I can, in certain situations you can but then I go back to my other style cutters.

Recently got this from screwfix and was awful ? Couldn’t get it to work maybe was me doing something wrong but I returned it and will be using olive cutters instead

A very handy tool. Used this for a while now, better than having two different Olive pulling pliers

Great little tool, not used very often but always glad it's in the bag when the time comes. Pulls the olive off without damaging the pipe though a little bit awkward to get inside the pipe at times

Can anyone please advise me as to where i can get one of these, as a British made item they don't advertise them much ..typical ...have been trying this 2 hours going through web site to no avail, only get the old models

I don’t need to use this tool much but it’s a life saver when I do. When the Olive has been overtightened it’s perfect to remove it rather than trying with a hacksaw or grips and damaging the pipe!

A must have for any plumbers toolbox, I couldn’t live without mine, I have lost count of how many times I have had to remove olives with a pair of molegrips or lock pliers before getting this. Has both 15 & 22mm on the tool to make switching over a breeze .

The Monument Oliver Puller are just a joy! For me, when they come into their own, is when I am replacing electrical showers. Absolutely top draw! The time it saves you... I cannot fault the Olive Pullers at all. What an idea!

I bought one of these after a recommendation from another plumber. I've used it a couple of times and it's worked well, however if the olive is crimped on its not going to help you out. One downside is the lever bar is a bit weak and does start to bend, and the ruber end caps have fallen off over time.

Use my olive pullers most days with new hex attachment priceless if you’ve got a load of rads or it’s somewhere that you can’t cut the olives off then this is the perfect tool

In had this for a while and used it a few times. I was impressed by how it looks but didn't find it that usefully and for the cost of wasn't a great buy for me. The t bar bent on fist use and the two rubber ends soon fell off. It's ok if the olives not well crimped on otherwise this is useless

Had one of these in my plumbing kit for a while now, although i used to use it pretty regular it now rarely gets used since purchasing olive cutters, it does still have its uses if for example the nut can not be pushed far enough back for the olive cutter to be used so a quick connection with this tool and job done, ideal with it covering both 15mm and 22mm. Still has its uses and i would still highly recommend.

Have had this tool for around 6 months now and although it doesn’t get used daily it is dead handy. Brilliant in tight spaces and is great for swapping radiator valves etc. The drill attachment hex head is a great feature.

Bought this tool out of Screwfix when I. was browsing the catalogue, as I was fed up having to struggle with trying to cut olives off pipe work and I have got to admit, this is one of the best wee investments I’ve made in the last while...what I would like to see come with it is an adaptor for 28mm or one that could be added on to it, it has saved my bacon quite a few times since I've purchased it. Cant recommend it Highly enough...

Dont accept any cheap knock offs, this is the only olive puller that you will ever need, i can see it lasting a life time, such a simple idea, makes quick and easy work of pulling the olives off old rad valves. A must have tool.

I did find this a bit more time consuming and fiddley than just using a hacksaw to cut out an olive, if mine breaks or I lose it, I probably won’t replace it.

Godsend, no idea how I managed without it!! I’m an amateur plumber doing Home DIY but this has made my life easier doing simple tasks

Loved this tool for removing those stubborn olives, unfortunately on a particularly stubborn one under a sink, I managed to lose the tommy bar which went behind the unit and then under the floor where a piece of floorboard was missing. Haven't got round to replacing it yet.

Nice and Easy to use. A must have in any plumbers tool bag, gaurenteed it will get you out of the sh#@ and not too harsh on the wallet

Bought this a couple of months ago and used it for the first time properly today. I tried using it before but was in a rush and threw back in the bag as wasn't sure how it worked. Now I know, it will be getting plenty more use for when the olive cutters can't access the olive. Great idea and a must have in the tool bag. Good quality brass product that feels like it will last the year of time unless I lose the bits!

I know they do one that you can use on a drill which is handy but my one is the hand one! As a device it is awesome but, it can be really tough to turn at time I have bent the handle on mine few times and had to bend it back, it's fine if you have loads of space around the fitting but can be hard with lack of space I think the Oliver splitter is better

Great little tool that's well made, a bit hard to suss out how to work as there's no instructions but it will get you out of trouble

Useful piece of kit to have although I prefer the olive cutters. Reasonably priced and made with the usual monument quality. Good for tight spaces.

Great tool only problem is if you get a compression thread that doesn't match they don't work, personally prefer them to olive cutters as no risk to damaging the pipework

What can is say Monument have created the Swiss army knife of olive pullers. As soon as I used it I grew a moustache and became a navy seal. The olive puller as it designed not just to remove 15mm olives but by adding the 22mm fitting it actually removes 22mm olives too!!!

Made with Brass Construction this removes olives easier than I can remove my Mrs Bra after a night on the p!ss

Gone are the days struggling my b*!!cks off trying ease or cut an olive off without damaging the pipe!! ! …..Gone are the days where my anger gets the best of me and I end in A&E with minor injuries scuffling with these little b@stards

Monument has thought of everything with this tool it works just fine with my right hand, and equally as good in my right hand J This little brass miracle requires No batteries so again wont interest my Mrs………Glad she is not on tool talk and please don’t tell her as I will end up living in tiny rundown apartment with neighbours that make crack heads seem like upstanding citizens and it will all be because of my love for the Monument olive plumber.

To sum it up a must have tool for any plumber / heating engineer or wannabe Navy seal
