Heavy duty indeed. Not great weather resistance and the blades will rust quite easily.
However it’s survived pretty much everything that we have thrown at it.

Very strong reliable tape to have on a building site. Takes a lot to snap and bend meaning it can be used for long measurements even if there is no help around.

Ox tape measure. It’s a great build quality with a strong blade so you can measure at long distance without any asstaince, and it’s doesn’t bend that easy.

horned design not the best, can catch finger and not get into certain paces easily. other than that not rusted, or split so still in use when able to use it

I like my Ox tape it, it is fairly heavy and feels good quality. So far the tape has not split, rusted or broken and gets used daily. The horns on then end are quite bulky and sharp! you have to let it wind in slowly or make sure your fingers are out of the way.

Great tape i have the metric only and use it whenever doing carpentry. Love the extended ends allowing to measure right on the edge of the tape for more accurate measuring

An okay tape. The tape itself hasn't split so still works well but the rubber on the top has peeled and came off and sometimes the horn design on the end is a bit to big for tighter spaces.
