In theory this is a great idea for organising your bits and having them to hand and it does do that. It isn't very practical however as it only allows the bits to be held in a certain way, if you happen to get this wrong they are jammed fast and a pain to get out. It is difficult to take the bit out you want and more of a pain than it should be
