I have had a ts55 rail saw for 15yrs+ I am now on my 3rd one and only because I keep all my power tools for 5yrs and replace them this is the best saw on the market by far so accurate and precise it's like a factory finish if you keep the blade sharp !! Couldn't be without one of these in my van !! Festool are simply the best albeit a bit pricey but you only get what you pay for !! One word excellent !!

The festool brand is great! I have a saw and rail and use it for whenever I need to dine clean work. It is great dust extraction is great. A must have for people who pride themselves in their work

Although these are expensive in my opinion, they are the best for accuracy in the game and they have no competition

I started using a Festool MIDI dust extractor with my wall chaser when I blew up my old Henry Hoover. What a machine with the filter and filter bags there is zero dust when chasing out which is fantastic especially in occupied rewires. The only downfall I have is I find the top of the casing quite brittle and easy to break when knocked

Love this brand. The quality is first class and they are reliable. Customer service in the first few years is excellent too. Only problem - price, if course.

Love a bit of Fez! Have the midi, rts 400 and ets and wouldn’t be without any of them! Bought the handy little sys vac last year and that has been so useful on a few jobs! Next purchase RO90

For years, by far the best gear around, only problem I have is no chisel only option in the sds apart from this I have over 10k of gear and not had 1 issue with any of it.

Love this kit. Quality is second to none. Joy to use compared with cheaper products. Sure its expensive but you get what you pay for. Ease of use and action on the plunge saw is great compared to others I've tried.

festool where do i start?! got one of the track saws from them could not fault it it’s an amazing bit of kit. Pair it with the midi extractor absolutely outstanding bits of kit. great lift when it comes to extraction.

Festool are the Rolls Royce of tools, they are more expensive but they are Superb, l have a few carpentry tools in my workshop as they give a fantastic finish to things l am making. But l am cautious of taking them to site as other workers may decide they want them!

There tools are pretty class you can’t get better then there tools have a massive range we have tools at work from then that I didn’t know existed and it gives so much precision slightly pricey but worth every penny

Festool Rail saws, light and easy to use. Detachable cable is a lovely touch to. Comes in its own stackable box. Blade changing is quicker than all the rest on the market. Variable speed is easy to use. The depth setting is quick and easy to use along with the rails which can be extended, comes with 1400mm x 2no rails but worth buying the 800mm to.

1400w router words cannot explain this bit of kit it’s a big question when looking for a router why spend like twice the doe on one compared to another you have to use one trust me it’s worth the doe the dust extraction system is top draw when connected to after all you only get one set of lungs look after them.
The router is so easy to set up and use it’s a joy to use it

Whilst at the top end of my tool price range I must admit I am sold. The quality and range is absolutely amazing and love the Carver cordless jigsaw. Clean accurate cuts is just a dream to work with. Highly recommended.

I have recently purchased the Festool 1400 router. I find this router very versatile and can be used with the rails to create accurate grooves and rebates when I am making cabinets. The dust extraction is superb even when cutting MDF which notoriously gets everywhere. From cutting but and scribes to putting mouldings on timber this router is all you need.

The festool track saw is an awesome tool.. never thought I needed a rail saw until I used one of these. makes cutting so much easier, quicker and neater.. worth every penny.

Festool is quickly gaining ground over their competitors in product range and I would like to see more access to their range and functionality for the small trades and home improver diyer. I would prefer to see what their battery technology is like compared to the nearest competition

I used to have Festool but after some terrible customer service I changed to dewalt they are good tools but definitely not worth the price . Over hyped and technically not as advanced as they would like you to believe. Not bad tools but not as good as they make out

Brilliant brand with great tools wouldn’t use anything else. They don’t feel cheap, would be lost without these tools everyday. Great value for money with massive savings to be found. Customer support is 10/10 emails answered quick and efficiently!

Have a few festool sanders and dust extractor absolutely love them had my extractor about 5 years now and it’s been worth every penny the first time I emptied it I decided to weigh it and couldn’t believe what I saw there was nearly 2 stone of dust in the bag hate to think how much dust I’ve breathed in before I changed to the festool range some people may say it’s expensive but you get what you pay for

Get what you pay for. Recently bought a new festool mixing drill for plastering has an adjustable speed control for harder to mix materials extremely strong motor. Best of all has an adjustable attachment at the whisk witch you can lower or raise for taller or shorter operators which really helps with sore back pure quality.

Really good all round products my college used them back when I was in training and I liked them a lot good quality but not as good as other power tool brands

If you want good quality long lasting tools these are the ones. They are a little over priced in my opinion but you do get what you pay for. I find their drill I have extremely well balanced

I have the plunge saw with vac, excellent quality build and with the saw been used almost daily it represents excellent value for money, saving time and money

Festool is at the high end price point of tools but that’s for a reason. Classy products that are practical and won’t let you down. The long reach sander is spot on.

Well made tools good solid feel a little bit pricy. But you get what you pay for the sliding miter saw is amazing. Excellent range of assesories the router is also an excellent piece of kit so smooth on start up and handls whatever you throw at it with ease.

Although I’ve never used Festool personally the things I’ve heard about this brand are overall very good, high quality tools with high quality finishes

Absolutely blinding products fantastic for carpenters floor fitters et cetera. A little on the pricey side but You do get what you pay for with festool. I find Their tools have a unique look.

Top quality products and does the job but does it do the job better than makita and dewalt to be worth the £200+ on pretty much everything personally I dont think so.

Recently purchased two sanders with a dust extraction.
Great bit of kit ,the suction is amazing and they make working in customers homes a joy with dust free sanding.
Expensive but well worth it I feel as they sand surfaces effortlessly.

The best thing about these tools are they are replaced once bought if stolen or damaged. The appearance if them is poor and looks like a childs toy but are powerful tools

By far one of my favourite tools, the accuracy and persistence is incredible and really like how the company keep up with the times with there technology

Expensive tools and just as good as cheaper brands in my opinion if you want to waste some money when you can get cheaper tools that are just as good then go ahead and buy these

We have a lot of the Festool wood working range and the accuracy and usability is second to non and I wouldn’t hesitate to continue purchasing there tools.

Ok, festool. Although I have not owned my own - never had the budget - I have used several. They’re quality. The R and D is why they’re so expensive as well as the build quality. They’re a leading company and you are investing in a power tool you will be happy with for years.

Great power tools ie vac,multi tool you get what you pay for, tile saw also great bit of kit, only Mafell beat it on the guild saw and also prefer dewalt slide saw

Great products at premium prices. My one complaint would be that to make most of their tools reach their full potential means buying lots of high cost accessories.

More expensive then most brands but customer service is without doubt the best out there.
Theft warranty included in your guarantee along with free servicing is worth paying the extra. When I have sent my tools to be serviced or repaired it’s been all free of charge & returned within a day or 2.
Also you can get a rep out to show you tools before buying. Top class!!

The tools are amazing, very expensive but you get a good warranty and service package with them. I would be lost with out my dust extractor thats for sure. If you can afford them buy them

A brilliant range of tools that are well made and a company that listens to and acts on input received from the trades that actually use them.
With tools we use from the grinder to the plunge saw, sanders and domino it’s easy to keep it all accurate and repeatable results.
The extractor we use copes with all uses very well.

One small criticism, they take a long time to come out with their new innovations after receiving the feedback, they can be late to the market with some much needed improvements.

If I have the money I will always purchase Festool all my tool I use all the time have never let me down always have extra functions that other tools don’t. Also accuracy is just on another level compared to other tools

Good tools for wood working and cabinet installation. The SDS drill is light but very powerful. Nice features on the cools if it’s green it does something. I love the rolling mitre saw station and arms. Cordless range has improved a lot in recent years however they keep raising the prices a lot each year without improving any of the tools. Also repairs in my experience are slow.

Only ever heard really good thing there Bluetooth power tools system with app looks great and is something I’d like to see more brands doing in the near future just a shame they are ridiculously expensive

My trusty Festool CTL 33 LE SG extractor has done many hours of work used in an automotive workshop. When it would not run after fours years of daily use. I found the motor brushes were worn down. I was able to buy a set for £10. I found that the unit was very well built with maintenance in mind. The brushes were very easy to change and the extractor continues to provide reliable service.
The ability to manually clean the filters on the fly without having to remove them is real time saver ( we deal with a lot of fine dust which can block filters quickly on any make of extractor) . The bags self seal and are easy to change. The consumables could be cheaper ( filters & dust bags) but what price due out on keeping your lungs dust free.

Never a owned any tools but my first and second fit joiner mate let me have a play and they’re absolutely fantastic. Really do get what you pay for. Love the strobe lights on the jigsaw so it looks like the blade not moving

Just purchased a festool MFT a really sturdy piece of kit, makes cutting small sheet easy and accurate. Very simple to set up and is helpful on site as when done you can fold down and put in your van!

Don't get me wrong I'm not festool fanboy, however, they make fantastic tools and solutions for all your site needs I think the oldest all I've got what is the 12-volt c12 must be 8yrs old, and it just keeps going. I use Domino's on 98% of my joints, I used ofk 700 EQ, the conturo, the TS 55eq, the CTL extract..the list goes on, just a great company. You pay premium but you get premium reliability and very well thought out design for the workshop and site.

Festool make some of the best tools out there, I have the kapex mitre saw and 2200 240v router used regularly in the workshop. The mitre saw is the best there is. The domino machine is also way up there.

Festool are for serious professionals only i would say they are on par with milwaukee but a bit more expensive I have there qf 1400 eq plus 110 v router its powerful and glide through hardwoods with ease

I purchase the festool track saw, all the videos i watched said it was good, and i have to say i wasnt disappointed. it is by fare the best track saw i have ever had and a dream to use, and simply to operate and change the blade.

Festool ctm midi , I’ve been looking for an extractor for a while and took the plunge due to some of the sites I now work at insisting on M class extractors , I found one online at £478 delivered but bought mine from Geo Spencer’s in Leeds fir £499
I’ve used festool extractors as me this one doesn’t disappoint , very powerful, easy to operate and now comes with the smooth pipe although this still catches on sharp edges as it’s wrapped in a woven sleeve

These I can only describe as the rolls Royce of carpentry tools, there are many brands out there that can achieve the goal but if your a tool tart or want the best then Festool it is!

Obviously they have a fantastic brand of tools. I feel they are a bit pricey. I have Makita and Elu Tools as well, to be honest, they do the same job comfortably.

I’ve got a pile of Festool, 4 sanders 2 routers 2planers 2 plunge saws blah blah blah. Not showing off just letting you know I’ve got plenty experience of them. They are brilliant, their customer service is excellent but you are paying a premium for that level. Accessories and consumables are pricey too.
Where they stand out is in their innovation, they have products no one else does like the insulation saw (I’ve just bought one but not used it yet) or the domino (got one very good when needed but I don’t use it that much)
If you’re doing high quality finishing work, kitchens or bar fitting etc there isn’t a better saw than the ks120

Overall very good tools . Iv used creeper but you get what you pay for especially where the track saw is concerned. Iv used a few other brands but festools is the best

Amazing tools simple but effective and not cheap but with that aside I love my drill nothing comes close to how Good it is highly recommended

The festool kit is very expensive, I have had the rail saw for a number of years it’s a good saw it’s had a tonne of use and it’s justified the mo ey spent on it. The replacement blades are a ridiculous price and I use a different brand. I also had the jigsaw, it pretty mich disintegrated over about 3 years. It was certainly no better than any other jigsaw I’ve owned and a lot more expensive

Super good quality as it should be for the price. My circular saw is so nice to use and plunges smoothly. Cuts througn.most things like a hot knife through butter.

Our best choice We using many different tools and we have using them indoor and outdoor and we have no problem with them very highly recommend from our best team jms

I suppose that speaks for itself, love the Systainers & Sortainers for the van, great for organisation and super easy to transport on to site, great to sit and stand on too.

Slow customer service lets them down sadly.

Only ever used festool products that I have borrowed from friends as I’m not ready to stretch to the extra cost to replace all my tools. In my opinion they are a class above all other power tools and give an excellent finish. Well designed and well built. Very pricey but worth the money for a real professional in his/her trade

All top quality gear from Festool! Lasts a lifetime and just so well made. Cannot emphasise this enough. Expensive but worth the dollars. Am trying to build our collection as we go! You get what you pay for!

It’s Festool, what else do I need to say. There quality all there products. I love the Systainers they make my van racking so easy and keep it organised. The after care on the power tools is exceptional always go the extra mile. And every product I’ve owned feels like a top quality product. They have a huge range, although it is abit pricey but they are investments into make your life easier so deffo worth it just make sure you don’t keep it in your van over night.

I reckon I must be one of the first to own a Festool had mine probably 25 years we use extensively when wet polishing stone floors to get into difficult corners so machine gets hammered original still going strong we have a new Madelaine to which is just as good

got to admit ive only ever used the festool jigsaw but when I did ( for a couple of months ) it was a great bit of kit , but at the prices they charge then I would expect that

I purchase TS55 as my first tool. Now Im a festool fan with bunch of grat tools. Why? Quality and durable tools. Service all inclusive and theft protection for 3 years. That take a lot of your stress away.
