I really like these boilers. Ive never had a fault i could fix on them and i find replacing the parts straight forward too. Not too much messing about

Probably one of the best basic boilers ever made. If installed right can give the customer 10yrs peace of mind with no issues and cheap easy repairs after that.

Easily my favourite boiler to install and repair, the space inside makes everything so easy to gain access to, the size of the boiler is a downsize but that gives you the space inside and the weight of it is a pain, especially when your fitting in a loft.

The Baxi Platinum is in my opinion the best looking and best performing boiler in the range. Easy to work on and easy of use for the customer.

40kw of umph, pushed more hot water quicker than the others and cheaper to buy. Easy to service and much better build than other brands

Personally this is my king of boilers especially the 40kw, although a little noisy on ignition it’s a proven appliance that performs day after day. Simple to service and work on what more can you ask for

Brilliant, sturdy piece of kit. Reliable and worth the little bit extra for the extra warranty alone. Easy to explain to end user. Only thing that lets it down in my opinion is the fact no OpenTherm available for the fitting of Smart Stats.

Great boiler with a fantastic 10 year warranty. The only criticism would have is with the divertor cartridges, they seem to leak after a few year which can take the divertor motor out.

By far the best baxi out of the range, a lot bigger and heavier than the rest of the range but by far the most reliable and best designed and a great 10 year warranty

The Platinum / DuoTec must be one of the best boilers out there. Installed correctly they'll give you years of trouble free satisfaction. Strip down servicing every year is a doddle and feels like you're giving the customer good value for their money.

What a combi, a duo tec with a 10 year warranty, how much more do you need. Easy to install, maintain and easy for customers to operate. Only lacks the latest open therm preventing a 10/10 score

Great boilers have fitted many over the years and had no comeback. 10 year warranty and simple to use. Does what you need, Hot water and heating without all the fancy gimmicks that you pay extra for on other brands.

Although this isn’t a new boiler it still stands as a tried and tested quality product. If customers want a top quality boiler I will always steer them towards a platinum with 10 year warranty which is cheaper than similar leading manufacturers. Easy to set up and commission.

like the duo tec so easy to install and fix, you can get to everything quickly. great output figures and all brass inside so quality is there

Brilliant boiler, all brass and stainless steel construction no fiddly plastic or rubber hoses and a diverter valve which comes with serviceable parts unlike vaillant ££££.
Every boiler has its faults an with this they’re tiny and inexpensive (if outside of warranty) if you still have the warranty Baxi repair team are great.
1, small weep from the hot water thermistor after around 5 years. Fixed by either replacing a fibre washer or just nipping it up
2, Off centre flue

The best boiler on the market....simple.

Build quality is great...easy for customers to use.....10 years guarantee on all parts and labour. Easy to install.

I fit lots of these, for the money they cannot be beaten. Easy to use for the customer as well.
The only down side is that it is a little heavy and no open therm.

Had to get back out under warranty to a loud buzzing noise come from pump, they diagnosed it wrong twice

Fitted numerous different boilers but will always come back to baxi. Easy to fit from the jig. Cannot fault these boilers one bit. 10 year guarantee as well. They are priced very well for the quality you get.

Simply put, this Boiler is Bullet Proof, seriously built to last in the uks sloppy installation habits, you could run dog poo through this and it would still work, it’s not the most fancy, it’s not the most technologically advance, but it won’t break, it won’t block and leak.

Good boiler, easy to work on and only real fault is the leaky diverter valve that is easy enough to change. However if this or the leaking sensor is left can rot the bottom of the boiler quickly.

Great boiler with 10 year warranty. Lacks features of newer models I.e opentherm comparability but still a robust reliable model that I would consider one of the best on the market.

I would like to see Baxi sort out the jig as it never lines up with the valves even on level walls.

Well built, easy to install boiler with excellent reliability. The price and 10 year warranty makes it a no brainer for the consumer.
Only downside is the weight, but that's expected with the quality of the internals.

Easy to install. Long warranty. Brass and copper.... Non of this composite plastic rubbish. When you're backed by a British company, a warranty this long, a boiler that literally is a doddle to install, why quote for boilers that cost more?

10/10 . Great build easy to install with pipe up jig . Stand off bracket gives plenty of room . Boiler has alot of room inside to work on . Fitted 3 last year and 10year warranty is a massive bonus and peace of mind to the customer

Very few plastic components and a great 10 year warranty with free gas safe registration when registered online or with the app.

Fit quite a few each year. Nice and simple for customers to understand and use and don't look ugly neither.... excellent back up service too which is what's needed for any customer. In the past I've tried the rest, but these are the best...

Rated the same as a duo tec, they cost more but have a higher warranty to justify. Boiler is very good quality easy to service. Again size and offset flue I don't like but it's a very good boiler.

My boiler of choice, fitted 52 of these last year including one in my own home. Had only 2 call backs both resolved next day under warranty. No quibble call outs from Baxi and their engineers complemented my workmanship to the customer who required the call out which pleased them and me. 10 year warranty sells itself at £1000.
