Review for Hitachi NT65GB Cordless Gas Finish Nailer by L T Franklin property services
7th September 2019I opted for the over the paslode after using my old bosses. It was nice and light weight like most gas nailers and took the paslode gas. All was great on the first few jobs but after around a box of nails it started messing me about firing when it wanted and leaving me hanging. Even with fresh gas it would still mess about. When it worked it was fantastic, I'm half tempted to drop it in to Hitachi and see what they can do with it.

23rd July 2019I've had the first fix model for 5 years after always using paslode. For a sub £300 gun it is every bit as good as the paslode and easy to service and repair. It does tend to misfire if trying to use cheap gas so best to avoid those.

24th January 2019Great to use and can be stored away in tool boxes and bags, great to keep in the van. Would even be handy for use at home when needed.

20th January 2018Brilliant nail gun. Bought one as competitors weren’t as good and had see a lot of complaints but this was always put out there as a great alternative. Would highly recommend this to buy firstbover any brand

12th December 2017Bought this instead of another Paslode as I've gone through 3 of them. It's a light gun that can fire easily though hardwoods and the depth adjustment is good. Biggest flaw I've found it's the battery connection in the gun. Sometimes if the gun is knocked/tips over etc the gun doesn't realise it has a battery in it and it needs to be taken out and put in again. Doesn't happen often though.

10th December 2017Use this a lot for erecting our fencing this is not the best nail gun out there on the market it only take the small gas cylinders and jams quite often so you spend more time unjaming it than you do actually putting feather edges on so in future I'll spend a bit money and get a more up market one

1st September 2017In a world of Paslodes this holds its own for the price. It's not as refined, a bit heavier and awkward to use but the price point definitely sells it.

17th May 2017I have the first fix model and it works well, you get the occasional Miss fire and blockage but there easily sorted. It was a fraction of the price of a paslode.

9th September 2016Cheap 2nd fix nailer, I'd say as good as paslode for fraction of the price, battery charger prone to fail to charge after a while, all around a cheap and cheerful little nailer
