Just don't. Our 2.5-year-old broke down with a lockout issue and two plumbers including British Gas were unable to fix it because the parts must be on special order with 10 days delivery time. Their own support offered an appointment in weeks time. It is not acceptable with products that people rely on, during the cold months.

These boiler are way over priced .
They breakdown often and the parts to replace are very expensive so overall rating explains how I feel about these boilers . Not impressed.
