Evolution Rage Circular Saw 110V

Tried this brand as an alternative to my usual Bosch circular saw and I was a little disappointed. I rate this product as more of s DIY standard than professional. It cuts well initially but this didn't last and was soon catching and stopping mid rip.

Bought one of these as a spare and to use for the smaller jobs and to keep the more expensive ones for the bigger site jobs. But it’s still good with performance can’t really fault it.

Good solid saw. I’ve used it for many things but mainly for cutting cable tray and unistrut very good for both flies through most metal easily. Blades do tend to blunt quickly but that’s likely to be because I’m cutting metals.

I bought this when I needed to cut some floorboards up, I'm a plu,ber by trade so don't use a circular saw that often and I didn't fancy the expense of a cordless dewalt. I've had it nearly 4 years now and it's still going strong. Decent product for the money

A bit like most people it seems,I bought this for floorboards as using it I don’t need to worry about nails and screws.The only reason that I can see for buying any other saw would be to have the cordless option.

I bought this tool in a trade show at a good price in got a free blade. I have use it many times on floor boards with nails and never had a problem. I cuts plastic pipe well quite a smooth edge. There is another blade which you can use like a chaser in brick work .

Evolution tools are great i have used this before to cut through floorboards and it has no problems even if you come across a screw or nail. Prices arwnt too bad and they do last a long time

For the price, I can’t moan. The blade rips through everything, nails, screws, everything!
The only issue I have is the depth guild is a little dodgy. It’s a plastic bolt thing that isn’t srong enough to tighten the depth plate meaning that it slips now and then.
I would still buy another purely due to its power and blade quality.

Great bit of kit for the price. Blade seems to cut through anything and still come out looking like new.

I use this for taking floors up as a plumber. Great bit of kit and with a decent blade it makes a horrible job that it easier. Is a bit heavy though

The best saw I have owned. The blade that comes with this is amazing. No nail rip out when cutting floor boards.

This evolution saw coupled with the supplied TCT blades gives a very well priced, hardy circular saw suited to framing or ripping sheet material, I have found that it has more of a tendency to kickback due to the TCT blade however a steady hand with good material support aleviates this.

All in all this saw is my go to for "rough" work

Great saw this I rate evolution to be fare we use the plaster mixers they are quality

Eat saw ever the blades last ages and cut through anything
